Discussions continued on the acquisition of logos for chapter business cards and a suggested UTAA web site competition. Also under old business there was discussion on how events and communications could be improved.
It was decided under new business that a list of basketball games for viewing parties at Bogey Grille would be prepared and Emailed to the chapter membership.
Site selection and final planning for the spring banquet to be held in late April or early May were discussed. Libby Dixner volunteered to work on this. She will be assisted by Pat Norris.
Other new business dealt with officers and board members for 2007 / 2008 and the alumni chapter awards criteria.
The Jacksonville, Florida Chapter of the University of Tennessee Alumni Association is open to all former students, friends and family of any of the University of Tennessee campuses.
