The main item of discussion was the Big Orange Caravan (BOC) scheduled for May 18, 2009 at the Osprey Cove Golf Course and Country Club, in St. Mary’s Georgia, off of I-95 at Exit No. 1. Tentative proposals for the golf tournament and banquet as developed by a committee were discussed and approved by the board.

Also discussed were the site for the 2009 / 2010 viewing parties (2 locations under consideration in addition to Bogey Grille), and the new UTAA Chapter Tier Program
